We live in a complex world where outdated assumptions about life and work are no longer serving us. Now is the time for leaders, organizations, and collectives to bring new paradigms into being. But how?
I'm a change designer and facilitator with extensive experience guiding organizations and leaders on change journeys -- with intergovernmental organizations, federal agencies, national organizations, universities, mission-driven organizations, collectives, and others.
I'm research and science fluent and understand from experience what it's like to lead and work in organizations.
